IT (Information Technology) Committee

■ Homepage Management

  • The IT Committee has created the public homepage and members-page for our school.Here we introduce the PTA activities and updated news for all. Since we have manyinternational students and family members, this site is maintained and updated in English on a timely basis.

■ Document Security Management

  • PTA announcements, selective documents are filed in PDF format in the Members-only page.

■ English Translations

  • English translations of PTA announcements and selective school documents are made available by the help of volunteers from parents and guardians from school. The announcements and bulletins are archived in the Members-only page.

■ School and PTA Announcements (via registered e-mail)

  • School and PTA announcements and information are distributed via registered e-mail to parents and guardians. When new documents are posted on the Members only page, you will automatically receive an notification by e-mail.

■ e-mail registration management

  • E-mail addresses for PTA members, parent and guardians are maintained and updated by the IT committee. Registration can be done via e-mail or through the form posted on the school homepage.
